This website is operated by Boner Contention. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Boner Contention. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Section 1 - Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Section 2 - Products and Third-Party Fulfillment

Our merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand service, Printful. When you place an order on our site, the order is automatically sent to our fulfillment partner for printing and shipping. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Section 3 - Prices and Billing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Section 4 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
