Order Processing & Production Times
All of our merchandise is made to order. This means that when you place an order, it is custom printed just for you. It typically takes 2–5 business days to manufacture your item(s) before they are shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates
Once your item is produced, it will be shipped. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- USA: 3-6 business days after production.
- United Kingdom: 2-4 business days after production.
- Australia: 5-30 business days after production.
- Other: 5-30 business days after production.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
Boner Contention is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Because our fulfillment partner has facilities globally (including in Australia, the US, and Europe), your item will generally be shipped from the facility closest to you to avoid customs fees, but this cannot be guaranteed for all products.
